I have not assembled it yet but i have removed it from the box and checked out all pieces.There is no damage to any of the pieces and the hardware package and instruction book are all there. I have every confidence that all pieces are here. Thank you. I have had problems with sellers coming out of Monroe Township New Jersey. Beware. This seller was great to communicate with and followed thru even after my purchase.

The tight timeline I was under was a concern but, these houses shipped out quickly and arrived in record time. Nicely packaged, no shipping damage, there is a slight split on the rim of the piece that acts as the roof flap on one but, I suspect that it is factory damage from screwing in too deep during manufacture. No big problem, the same can happen during home assembly so buyer keep that in mind. Thx!

Item arrived in great condition and excellent packing with no damage to any piece. It is not put together yet but has perfect instructions. It is for our outside feral kitties.
