Phone arrived in a plain brown box not as shown in the advert picture. The phone wouldn't charge with the charger that came with it. I did connect the seller who stated that they would send me a new charger the following Tuesday as they were waiting for a new batch to arrive. No further communication from the seller. That was two weeks ago. So far no replacement charger has arrived. I do not reccomend this seller.
