Product Information

Ultimate Card Games is a collection of 12 traditional card games and multiple variants of video poker. Featured games include hearts, spades, euchre, cribbage, canasta, gin rummy, go fish, poker, blackjack, crazy eights, and solitaire, with the latter offering 15 different versions. As in the earlier release of Ultimate Brain Games, Ultimate Card Games lets players create an alter ego with a custom face and clothing before competing against one of 12 computer personalities with five adjustable skill levels. Up to four players can also compete via Game Link Cable, with only one cartridge required to play. <br><br>Each game can be played using a variety of different card decks on a choice of decorative backgrounds, and over one hour of music is included with a modifiable play list from the menu screen. For those experiencing some of the games for the first time, onscreen help and instructions are available within a menu-style interface. A demo of each game is also included to show how it is played. Built-in battery backup lets players save their progress as well as track the total number of wins, losses, and overall winning percentage for each game.

    A little disappointing.

    I was hoping that this would be a great way to pass the time, but it's kind of difficult to work your way through the game play. The controls and options for playing some of the games are confusing. Not one of the better games in the "Ultimate" line of Nintendo games.

    Are you a card-shark? This game could be the one for you!

    This game seemed like it would be great for a card-shark. I'm still back in the day of basic card games so it was a bit more than I was into myself. But there are a lot of choices and it seems like it would be a lot of fun and lots to do.

    Ultimate Card Games (Game Boy Advance)

    Game arrived on time. Has a large variety of card games to choose from. You can create a face character to choose from. Unless you like card games it does get a bit boring after a while.

    Can't always get it to work

    We bought this specifically to play Canasta but we can't always get the game to work. The couple times the game ran, the card game rules are different than usual, so it's hard to figure out how to play. It's an overall disappointment.
