Great experience. This seller did a phenomenal job of packaging the lamp. She should give lessons to some of the other sellers who couldn't care less and are clueless then do everything they can to avoid responsibility. Shipping was also fast especially in light of the holidays and it was greatly appreciated that the lamp came with bulbs already installed (and fully intact). This seller is the new standard.
