    Great product but.....

    I have had a NO NO and it was wearing out so I was happy to find a NO NO Pro for a good price. It arrived and I began to use it and all seemed OK. After 3 of 4 uses it froze up on me. Sometimes a restart will help but not for long. It was exactly as listed so I assume it is a fluke. If not for this I would have rated a 5 star.

    No No Not for Me

    I purchased this item, but I am not satisfied with it. It takes too much work to remove hair. I had to do at least three passes to remove hair and it still left some. I went back to old fashion shaving legs and arms. In my opinion, No! No! Is not for me. I would not recommend it. I was very disappointed. Sorry!

    1200 times the cost and 500 times the effort of a razor with identical results.

    This thing is garbage. It only "easily" removes very fine hair (like that on a knuckle, or an ear), after 4 hours, I am still not sure if it will remove thicker hair. By that time, I was already researching other hair removal products. It is minimally effective on fine hair and sure takes it's own time on thicker hair. (If it will ever remove it. I still don't know)It is basically very slowly burning the hair so it makes your whole house smell like burning hair as an added bonus!Save yourself the money and disappointment. I wish I had. It was such garbage, I wouldn't even relist it with a $1 buy it now. I would feel bad for taking that persons dollar.

    Operator experience

    The device is difficult to use, meaning it requires a great deal of practice. I have spent about 3 hours thus far and don't have it mastered. It is painless and good when you get the technique down.
