2020 and its still going strong...
The Iphone 7 Plus is surprisingly still a safe bet in 2020. 1. Price (A+) - Overall the prices have dropped substantially. AUCTION is the way to go! (in my opinion anyways). As long as you know what you are looking for you'll get some pretty good deals. 2. Speed (A-) With IOS 13 its still responsive. It has not slowed down at all and while it does not have the latest chip, it's still pretty fast 3. Battery life (B+) - it gets me through the day. I do find that I need to charge it in the afternoon if I'm watching long videos or playing games though. 4. IOS support (A+) - It will definite be supported in 2020 so no issues there 5. Hardware (B-) - Everything is still functioning as normal. The virtual home button is still good and supports Finger ID still. I did notice an issue however if ... I can even take a phone call in a noisy background with little to no issues. That is thanks to the front facing speaker. There is of course the headphone jack issue but it doesn't bother me as much. Overall...its still a pretty solid phone

The Best iPhone made
Personally I believe the 7 and 7 Plus are the best iPhones Apple made. They are the last phone Apple made that had all metal body. So they are way less likely to break from a fall compared to the X and 8. The form factor is a little too big and I still prefer Android over iOS, but still a overall good device.
