Even though the guitar was supposed to be new, it was sent in an used old box that has clearly been opened and re-packaged. The guitar was not well insulated for international shipping. The neck of the guitar has a dent which wasn't described in the product description. I immediately contacted and waited 24 hours but the seller didn't respond. After starting return process, the seller finally responded and partially refunded. Overall, buying experience was bad and I don't recommend this seller.

Package arrived in time, bubble wrapped and even the box it arrived in was bubble wrapped. Figure was in great condition as well although the time they sent it took a bit due to the holidays,the package itself arrived in a little over a week. they were quick to respond and was great with communication.     Useful and attractive. But mind of expensive

    I think it’s “cute”. Always wanted a toy piano. I’m a piano teacher now and plan to use it with my teaching after attending a session in their used at an MTNA session

    Not technically what I ordered.

    This piano seems like a cheaper alternative to what I ordered. The picture clearly shows that the piano lid opens up, and I was sent a version where there are holes in the lid and it does not open up. Overall I was happy it came very quickly and the keys are still pitched correctly, but I wonder if it doesn't have as much control over the dynamics as what I viewed on YouTube.
