Great!
Its the only brand I could find that has a 400mg dose! All other brands are like 500mg. This is perfect for me, as this is what my doctor recommended for my heart palpitations. I hardly ever get the palpitations anymore. I would absolutely reccomend this to others that need the dosage I do, which is the 400 mg. :) I had lowered my dose for a week or so because of using a different brand and started having heart palpitations and issues all over again, so it must work like my cardiologist said.. even though its suppose to be a stool softener, which is soooo not true! At least not for me!Its the only brand I could find that has a 400mg dose! All other brands are like 500mg. This is perfect for me, as this is what my doctor recommended for my heart palpitations. Do the frequent consumers really need 400mg per day ?
Everything is fine. Solgar is well known as a high quality supplier. Just i would consider consuming less then 400mg per day. It seems too much for daily use in the long term, isn't it? Other suppliers offer smaller tablets with less amount per service.

Great value.
I had been using a magnesium product I purchased from Walmart. It was not magnesium citrate, but another form of magnesium. Over the years the price has gone from $18 per 100 to nearly $80 per 100. My doctor said I could use citrate in place of that product. So far I have had no problem. I take the magnesium as a deterrent for kidney stones. Check with your Doctor.
