The device itself looks unused, like it was installed in a device that was never turned on. There is only the faint marks on the pins. I will be testing later and will return with results once the card is installed.

I contacted the seller after a week went by and they responded the shipment was done the way they always do it and they were not aware of why this time it was taking so long.
