About this product
Product Information
In May 2009 the Buy Stirling Albion campaign was launched. This is the story of that campaign told from two perspectives. Over the course of this book you'll read the views of freelance journalist Tom Bowser and those of the campaign spokesperson, Paul Goodwin. The authors describe the twists and turns of the campaign in detail and intersperse the narrative with match reports and team news. The campaign was successful in 2010 and nobody was more pleased to hear the news than Stirling Albion fan, tennis player Andy Murray who was playing at Wimbledon at the time. Murray contributes the foreword to the book.

- p***n (871)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseUsed book at a very cheap price was bought with another in a discount deal. They arrived quickly, wrapped in plastic. Unfortunately one. "The Bride of Science" was defaced with a scribbled ink dedication not in the description. On informing the seller, they immediately apologised and issued a full refund. While one book was disappointing, the customer communication and care was EXCELLENT!The Bride of Science : Romance, Reason and Byron's Daughter,Benjamin Woolley (#382552682241)
