    Everything went smoothly

    I had had a bad experience buying my previous phone (Galaxy S4), but this time it all worked smoothly. The phone arrived in just a couple of days. It looked great and the battery was fully charged, so I could boot it right away. The OS was up to date, my Koodo SIM card worked without problems and there was no scratch or defect to be seen. The S5 is not such a huge change from the S4, but it has one new feature which I love: One-handed operation! (It is a bit hidden in the settings, but it allows to easily use your phone with only one hand). Overall, it has been a magnificent experience, both the purchase and the product!

    Short-lived Excellence! Two Weeks, To Be Exact!

    I was enjoying this phone VERY MUCH until yesterday afternoon when I went to wake it up and it wouldn't. On the net I've learned it's called the S5 Black Screen of Death. I've tried everything I've read to get the screen to come on short of a factory reset, which I can't do because you need to see SOMETHING on the screen to be able to do it. Just to be clear, is does start up, the bottom buttons light, the boot AT&T jingle plays, and the screen seems responsive to touch once it's on, but without being able to see anything on the screen, well, you know! And the battery is fully charged. Believe me, I didn't want this to happen any more than the seller did! I was loving the phone! Unfortunately, it's got to be returned.

    New Samsung Galaxy S5

    This phone is awesome for the price. Great call reception and great Internet access. Fingerprint scanner works great. And the best part is the battery can be swapped out easily by removing the rear cover and popping in a freshly charged one. Battery life is great with the aftermarket gold ones, that can be purchased with a stand alone wall charger. This phone is perfect if you're not concerned with the latest and greatest phone.     Speaker doesn’t work properly

    The phone was in good shape when I received it looks wise but unless I have it on loudspeaker I cannot hear the person I’m talking to. Also the display brightness has decreased with in the last few days, even though I have it turned up as high as it goes.

    Samsung S3

    Large screen with high resolution colors and an amazing camera to boot. The two power save options work wonders, so much so that after work I don't even need to charge it up. Sturdy edges on the case feel rigid and strong but it is still thin and lightweight enough to not feel bulky in your pocket. My previous S3 lasted a long, long time. So I am looking forward to working with this S5 model for some time.
