However I wish they would have inspected the shoes and if ok sent them to me.. I really wanted these POLO SHOES

I'm so sorry this happen. You were an awesome customer. It was a big long black line mark on the outside packaging and if I opened it usps stated they would have to charge me to reship it. If I resent without opening it I ran the risk of your shoes being damage and would have had to pay for you send them back. I did open it after I refunded you and yup the edge rubber of one of the shoes was split like a deep gash :( I hope you visit my store again. I will give you another great deal! :)
