My item was well-priced and the shipping was lightning fast. However, I received an incorrect item, which is the only reason I took a star off for item description (I ordered an unpatched Switch and received a patched unit; otherwise it was in excellent condition). That said, I believe it was an entirely honest mistake, and the seller immediately responded to my questions and offered a free return and refund, so overall I give them high marks and would be willing to order from them again.

FedEx kept giving me mixed signals of when and where my package was as well as told me I did and also didn’t need to fill out a form. (No fault of the Seller!). Seller shipped basically same day and it would have arrived in 2 days from Japan to FL if it weren’t for customs delay.
