Even though the guitar was supposed to be new, it was sent in an used old box that has clearly been opened and re-packaged. The guitar was not well insulated for international shipping. The neck of the guitar has a dent which wasn't described in the product description. I immediately contacted and waited 24 hours but the seller didn't respond. After starting return process, the seller finally responded and partially refunded. Overall, buying experience was bad and I don't recommend this seller.

Very disappointed with this transaction. After waiting for weeks it eventually arrived with the box torn. Item itself is OK but value compromised due to damage to the box. Response from seller was “sorry “
Lesson learned, I will think twice before buying from Japan again and never again from this seller.

Package arrived in time, bubble wrapped and even the box it arrived in was bubble wrapped. Figure was in great condition as well although the time they sent it took a bit due to the holidays,the package itself arrived in a little over a week. they were quick to respond and was great with communication. Will definitely buy from again
