Great communication, however the silk tie arrived with a very strong odor. I had to spend $25 to dry cleaning. The vendor did offer refund, before I send out. But for under $100 did not want to lose more time & money or trouble the vendor. But surprisingly the vendor could not tell why strong exist & claimed cleaning was done to it.
