Received wheel as described. Wheel was repackaged for shipping but not packaged very well. The protective cover was bunched up in bottom of box. No bubble wrap or any paper inside. Was just loose wheel inside box. Would have been better if packaged to prevent damage. Shippers don’t care about damage. Items need to be packaged with this in mind. Fortunately the wheel arrived without issue. Recommend seller. Just do better with your packaging.

    TOP CAP IS CHEAP PLASTIC

    I ordered one and returned immediately because the top cap was plastic. I thought it might be decent because of the sealed bearings. The top cap definitely does not appear plastic in the photo, but it's definitely cheap plastic.
