    Outstanding Band

    I was never a Styx fan in all the 50 years of my music collecting. If there was a band that I wished I would have seen live, this would be it. The chemistry between the band and audience was off the charts. The talent in the vocals department, the arrangements in the songs and song selection were outstanding. The variety in the lead guitar department was also outstanding. Why Styx is not in the rock and roll hall of fame is beyond me. Even if you are not a Styx fan and love music, do your self a favor and watch this concert. You will not regret it.

    Styx, a great rock and roll show.

    About 10 years ago, a friend and I went to see a solo Tommy Shaw Concert. It was a fantastic concert. From then on I wanted to see Styx live but sadly they parted with the lead singer and I never felt it would be the same. So fastforwasrd, i'm watching some clips on youtube and I inquired about where the footage came from and the answer was the "Return to Paradise DVD". So I purchased it so I could have the Styx experiance. I Got what I wanted. Its a great show from start to finish all the hits with a stage show that is second to none. They are all about he music and it show. I would recomend this DVD to anyone who want to know what Styx is all about.

    Styx Return to Paradise DVD

    This video shows the original group at their artistic best (minus John, but a nice tribute to him.) A great way to remember some awesome songs and talent before the final separation of Dennis DeYoung from Styx. This group has a wonderful stage presence and it's clear they enjoy performing for an audience.

    Classic Concert DVD from this classic Band STYX. Features the voice and talent of Dennis DeYoung. One needs to read the history of this band to find egos as big as Nebraska, kicking out it's founder DeYoung. Today STYX still tours. However without Dennis DeYoung, The band is no more than a cover band. See and buy this excellent concert which should be remastered for Blu-Ray. This concert sells for a premium price due to its quality and content. You won"t be disappointed!

    Excellent Title of dvd-Clever

    This Styx DVD Recorded in Chicago, is Amazing. most of the original Line-up Perform except The drummer John Panazzo who died a few years Ago.Dennis De Young is amazing And soungs better than ever Vocally, as does Tommy Shaw who is amazingly soulful and smooth.The show never has a dull Moment, which is amazing. The band is as tight as any band I've ever seen perform and sound Incredible together.I was Blown away by the performance. It doesn't get better than this, Styx never took themselves very Seriously. However this performance Blows away any rock Performance i've seen ever! A must have for any 70's rock Fan.Pick it up and be taken on a Incredible ride.Worth every penny!
