AVOID!! Item (bass guitar strings) arrived clearly used (not as described- ‘opened but unused’). Contacted seller- no reply UNTIL I opened a return/refund claim. Then tried to accuse me of lying (should have known when there was no photo of the actual item, just a stock photo). Still refusing to refund unless returned unused in packaging they didn’t send. Impossible as they were sent used!
