Unfortunately this is not working as well as the one that burned out (lasted about 7-10 year NVR) Newer cameras with USB adapters dont work like on the old one. Interface on both hard to get it to see and play the video you want because of the unresposiveness of the OS generally klunky but after playing with it sort of w

After many e mails I just got a call from the original manufacturer. He explained the reason for my problems. It turned out no one was in the wrong. They never realized I was not operating the product through a router as most do. What I have now is much better than nothing so I am pleased with the seller. The product was not the problem.
