Arrived quickly after a small glitch with the ebay interface. Seller assisted and resolved right away. Items listed as used and yes they were. A little more like someone's most favorite shoes in the whole wide world with still a little mileage left in them. I would have liked better close-up shots of the flaws but probably my own eagerness to get these boots made me get them. I will still shop with this seller.

The shoes are exactly as promised, and are perfect. No complaints at at all. However the feedback must be less than positive! Having paid a premium shipping charge of $17.05 the shoes took over 16 days to get to me. I was unable to track them due to the shipping service the seller used at the outset. The seller was unresponsive to my emails, and I had to ask eBay to help. I will not shop here again.

All postage fees are calculated by shipping service (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc) and pricing is not up to me. Despite the fact that order was shipped on time, USPS caused significant delays in delivery. The buyer was in fact informed of these delays when they filed a dispute. I did everything on my end to fulfill my responsibilities, but unfortunately the efficiency of USPS is out of my hands.
