I purchased an open box item from this seller. The product description also said that the box was damaged but had never been used. Please see the pictures I have attached. There are sticky lumps of bacteria stuck to the product, and scratches here and ther, and even the button is broken. Instead of apologizing for the condition of the product, the seller says that delivery is the problem. The delivery company used by this seller seems to have contaminated foreign substances during delivery.
