Contacted and they told me that’s how the supplier sends them and offered no solution. I sent a message to ask for a refund or replacement and they stopped responding. I gave it a few days and informed them that I’d be leaving negative review and they never responded. I will be avoiding this seller in the future. Bad descriptions, resolutions, and bad communication.
