Seller falsely advertised the handling and shipping time. It was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas but they took a long time to ship it. I requested to cancel and two days later they shipped it anyway. Then to add more to the pile the item stated it was coming from within the USA, but it's coming from China. It is expected to arrive "sometime after 12/29/23" and I had to purchase a different one from someone else. False advertising, no communication, horrible experience.
