Additionally to the VAT and duties (which is fine), a documentation and assessment fee was requested by UPS - amounting to $21. Same IS NOT mentioned on the listing. No communication at all before and after buying the item. No reply upon inquiries. Only a template sent by seller, to contact UPS (tracking). Shoes quality is fine though. Box was quite torn.
