I ordered (2) mirrors and the shipping got messed up. The vendor corrected the shipping with in 24 hours, and overnighted the correct mirror at there expense! The mirrors are easy to hand and look really great! They can also be taken apart and painted to what ever color you would like. The package included a French Mirror mounting clip which really makes for a nice installation.

The seller sent the first one, it didn't run. I contacted him and he said to keep the old one that didn't work, and he would send me a used one, because he said he had no more new ones. It arrived today. All that was in the the box was the power head, no wands or collection bag. The release tap to hook up the bag wand is broken, and so wand or bag. I am contacting him again for a full refund since both were useless to me. Respectfully NMurdent

I am truly sorry you couldn’t figure out the issue you was having. Both units were tested before I sent them out. I sale these units all the time and have never had the trouble I had with you. I don’t know what else I possibly could have done to satisfy you. You never said anything about missing parts that’s why I only sent the blower the second time. I basically gave you 2 leaf vacs and a full refund and you still left bad feedback. Just goes to show you can’t make everybody happy.
