    10 Acrylic Techniques in 45 Minutes

    Nancy Reyner is an effective art teacher. The DVD shows 10 of the techniques that are in her book of the same name. She paints one picture using these 10 different techniques which would be applicable to other paintings. The picture is the same as the cover of the DVD. I found the video interesting and informative for a beginning painter although I wish she had shared more techniques. At this point, I am strongly considering buying the book to learn more. The DVD is 45 minutes long and does move swiftly. If you have taken some serious acrylic art classes, you may already know what is presented in the video.

    I'm glad I got this DVD and will watch it again.

    This DVD helped me to widen out with my techniques in acrylic to achieve better what I have in mind. The vast number of mediums confuse me, some seem so much alike. So, having 10 different techniques explained, some including a medium, has helped me know more about some useful mediums. She refers to her book which I have read, and that book had a short DVD as a preview of this DVD. I'm glad I saw it, because seeing techniques being clearly explained and demonstrated, as I painted along, is the best way to learn.

    Great book for the creative mind

    Very inspiring book for anyone who has a creative talent and wants to try new and innovative techniques. Brings a canvas to life!! Not like any other book I've seen.
