Pricey but fantastic lens!!
Awesome lens - my new favorite!! Crazy fast focus, super sharp image quality and great compressed look. It’s pricey and obviously doesn’t have the utility of a 24-70mm but for portraits, closeups and/or sports, this lens absolutely kills it!

My new reference lens and system
It is this lens that got me to buy into the Sony mirrorless system. Superb resolution across the frame at all apertures, gorgeous bokeh, and beautiful rendering. Very quiet and very fast autofocus. Sturdy build. A truly awesome lens in every aspect. Very highly recommended!
