Disappointing. Ordered 4 Dell Latitude 5400 laptops, which arrived late. Only 1 was in the condition described. All 4 had US keyboards, which wasn't mentioned in the listing. Requested a VAT invoice twice but didn't get one. Did receive a prompt refund for the 3 that we returned though.
