The seller certainly exceeded my expectations. I received a brand new guitar including a tuner, capo, saddle, and case at no expense. Although, one downside is that the seller re-uses the same photos for the respective guitar model, meaning if you order a Raimundo 125, you are not getting the one in the picture. With the nuanced finishes that guitars have, I would suggest additional photos from the seller before shipping. Otherwise, packaging was done very well. Thanks!
