I'm overall happy with this transaction. The horse is lovely. The shipping was fast & he was packaged super well. My only complaint is a lack of communication on the part of this seller. The seller encourages buyers to write with questions. I wrote twice asking about this horse. I never received a reply either time. I decided to buy the horse anyway & I'm glad I did. He looks great. I was pleased with everything about this transaction, except the lack of communication.
