Originally this package was due November 11th saler did not ship until after I contacted them and ask where it was. They sent me a rude message saying if I checked it would be here on the 15th. It is now the 16th and I have still not received this item. Will not deal with the seller again.

Again.....Your address was hard for the mail carrier to find because of your remote location and USPS made several attempts before they located your home. You DID however, receive your purchased item and please let me reiterate my response which was I cannot control the mail service. Your purchase was mailed out on the day agreed upon and the rest was a series of unfortunate circumstances. Sorry you felt the need to provide negative feedback but I do understand that you were frustrated.
