Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered on April 9th, was told Purolator is shipping the package soon, and 3 weeks later its radio silence. Only when I contacted adidas and complained did they have any concern and offered me a refund. This was a horrible experience and I will not be buying from adidas again.
