I was instructed to ship the wrong prop back & send a pic of the shipping receipt. Once they received the item they promptly refunded me the shipping fee. They shipped the new prop and it did arrive in just a few days later. The company was quick to respond to my inquiries, apologetic regarding the error & quick to remedy the issue.
