Items arrived very quickly, extremely well-packed, and in excellent condition (the listing said "used" but the products received were very-nearly "like new"). There was a single issue with one of the cables being the wrong type. I notified them, they responded immediately and offered a discount on my order ($25 for a $100 order) more than double the replacement cost from another vendor (I ordered a replacement for $12). Excellent vendor, cannot possibly recommend more highly.
