Item was sent in plenty of time for a Christmas arrival but got stuck in system and I never received it. Seller was distraught and I assured seller that it was not their fault and I was willing to wait. I guess my asking seller this week to check USPS for status (hoping it might get it moving) triggered ebay to make seller give me a refund. Neither seller nor I are happy with ebay as neither of us wanted this result. I have marked seller as a favorite: do not hesitate!!!
