    Great Starter Brush

    This was my first shaving brush, the Pure Badger from AOS. It was NOT floppy and it allowed me to work up a really good lather - I prefer to lather on my face and not in a bowl. I enjoyed using the brush so much I upgraded to a Silvertip brush by AOS which I love. If you're not sure if you are going to like using a shaving brush, this is a great one to start out with without the risk of having spent too much on something you end up not using. You don't even have to upgrade to a more expensive brush if you like this particular one, since it really does get the job done well. I recommend this Pure Badger brush as opposed to the least expensive, which is the Best Badger

    Good product for the price

    So i am no expert on shaving brush but I have used quite a few already before purchasing this one. First impressions is that it is quite small. the handle is smaller than the others i have owned. I don't believe it will fit a traditional brush holder as it is smaller than usual. Moving on the brush itself are quite soft. First time using the brush i thought maybe a little to soft as you want a little stiffness to apply the soap better but after a couple of uses the brush seems to of gotten better. I am very pleased with the brush considering its under $15 and what i have been extremely pleased with is that no bristles are falling off so the product is made well. I would definatley buy again!

    no backbone

    this brush has little to no backbone...i preffer a brush with at least decent back bone.

    Full, lush bristles that hold an abundance of lather

    This shaving brush is light years ahead of the one it replaced. Its bristles are full and and hold an abundance of lather. The bristles are a bit stiff and prickly, but they are softening up with repeated use.
