    Tru-Glo Reflex sight Model 8305B

    The model 8305B (there are several different models!) is an excellent choice; light, compact and apparently quite sturdy. I bought it to mount on my Ruger new model Blackhawk in .41 Rem. mag. It is light and small enough to suit this purpose. I have yet to get it back from my gunsmith, so I cannot review any shooting/handling characteristics yet.

    Poor quality

    Disappointed in the quality of this red dot scope. The "multi-reticle" is useless. The circle-dot settings look like a big blur. MOA dot settings are oblong and blurred on all brightness settings. You get what you pay for. Looks good sitting on a shelf.

    It's good

    It works great on my AR, i would say there are only 2 down sides. 1 the screws that hold it on are way to large, and 2 when on high in low lighting there is a reflection from the laser causing an odd box shape around the dot. But i truly like it. It works great.

    Lightweight & slim with easy controls and lots of reticle options

    Good sight for the money. There are areas in the glass that could be improved. Wish Truglo made them in the US. Otherwise Solid.

    Excellent red dot sight with great functionality.

    My purchase of the the Truglo Red Dot was based on perceived quality of the product. That proved true when testing the product at the range. Ease of mounting, quick target acquisition, brightness of the optic as well as a broad range of reticle options were excellent. The dual red/green color reticle combination is also extremely helpful in varied lighting situations. I truly like the product.
