The item sent to me was supposed to be new. It was not. It had been previously opened. The seller expressed some disbelief that I was telling the truth. In the end I was credited back the full amount. But this had wasted my time to purchase the product, message the seller, repackage it & ship it back, etc. Seller furthermore indicated that it was my fault that my time was wasted because I was unwilling to accept the previously opened product. I did rate seller highly for speedy initial delivery.
