The packing could not have cushioned the product better and the taping was fully complete. If it were not, it wouldn't have survived the shipping! Wow, if that box could only talk... There was NO damage to the seat base at all, maybe a few scares or wondering what was going on, if it could think. I have not tested it yet, but due to correspondence with the seller I think I'm safe. I'll test it soon, but expect no issues of there were an issue. Great Folks and know volumes!
