I would not want to give a bad feedback for a small item! It may not even been this persons fault. I decided to not call this seller and complain. It did not cost much. So in fairness, the box was severely damaged, the unit did not have all the parts. The unit appeared to have been used by someone else before me. I am not going to complain but I could not find a phone #. It said it was made in 2018. Not new like it was advertised. Anyway I purchased a newer expensive unit.
