Fur den Vertrieb ist eine Vertriebsstrategie zu erstellen und zu Produkt und Zielgruppen passende Vertriebskanale auszuwahlen. Der Online-Vertrieb gehoert selbstverstandlich auch dazu. Ein effizientes Vertriebscontrolling ist unerlasslich, um die sehr unterschiedlichen Kosten im Griff zu behalten und Vorgaben fur eine Vertriebsoptimierung abzuleiten. Ein Risikomanagement-Prozess ist unumganglich und schliesst Markt- und Kundenentwicklungen ein. Im Sinne einer durchgehenden Kundenorientierung werden Organisation und Prozesse kundenorientiert ausgerichtet. Kundenorientierung wird von den Mitarbeitern vermittelt. Da Ziele in der Regel von Mitarbeiter-Teams erreicht werden, gehoeren Team-Building und Mitarbeiterfoerderung zu einem kundenorientierten Unternehmen. Die vorgestellten Inhalte zur Markt- und Kundenorientierung im Unternehmen basieren auf eigenen operativen Erfahrungen des Autors in Managementfunktionen und auf erfolgreich durchgefuhrten Beratungsprojekten.
