I am going to be honest, the packaging was bad. Torn open at both ends which I am sure is why the machine got the big scuff mark on it. That being said the machine itself is really very nice, brand new, and ready to use out of the box. It didn’t come with a manual but it wasn’t needed, there are stickers on the machine to help with the maintenance. It came with a remote, some lube for the belt, and an Allen key to adjust the belt. I just used it and I love it! Well worth the $99 USD + shipping.
