Great Drill Purchase!
Purchased an older / used Craftsman 19.2-volt drill (bare tool, no battery).. I used my drill for many years but it died and this type of drill doesn't seem to be able to be purchased new. Since I have many Lithium Ion 19.2-volt batteries, the availability of purchasing this bare tool was a perfect choice. Drill works great and seems to be in good (used) condition. I'm a "happy camper".

Switch for Craftsman drill
Eventually fitted this switch to my 19.2v Craftsman drill and it works just fine. It was quite easy to install once I got a soldering iron.

Excellent tool for the price
Overall the drill works very well. I purchased the drill to replace a big name drill and I'm quite pleased with the results of my purchase. I purchased two for very reasonably to use building a new deck. Both preformed well under load driving 3 1/2" deck screws with plenty of torque or drilling holes quickly in the higher gear range. The batteries held a charge driving about a 1/2 pound of screws before needing a charge. I do recommend at least two batteries for large project. I also found the 1 hour charger worked well. I've owed Porter Cable, Dewalt, Bosh and would say for the money this is a good choice.Overall the drill works very well. Quality and performances of craftsman tools are incredible.
