The descriptions said "New: Other" and "Open Box". I thought the condition of the item would have no wear but the item had light wear unless that happened during shipping. There is a sticker on the top of the Apple TV box itself that had been partially peeled off which seems to me to be like it was from a previous owner. Also, it was missing the lightning cable for charging the remote control which I wrote to the seller about and they said they will ship one out to me. Price was good. Positive
