She came exactly as shown! Complete and in amazing condition. She was very well wrapped and all accessories were put in a ziplock which I love. Makes it easy to find everything! There was a misunderstanding when unwrapping the doll from her protection and I contacted the seller. Seller automatically jumped to assumptions that were quite unreasonable. Other than that this was a lovely purchase. Pictures are of doll now.
