Buyers beware of this seller! It appears they are reselling returned, non-working items on eBay. I bought a gimbal and received a defective item. When I notified the seller, they refused to issue a refund and escalated the matter to eBay Support. This action surprised me since the seller was clearly at fault. I was expecting him to apologize, accept the return and issue a refund. I am now waiting on Ebay to resolve this issue. Needless to say, I would NEVER purchase from this seller again.
