one candle advertised as a 2 wick candle was only a 1 wick candle. I buy these candles every year from Target and you can open up the lid and check if the two wicks are there. I took your word you had done that.

Target quality is pretty good. I am wondering if the wick is buried under some wax. If I could replace I would, but I have sold all 4 of them.
