A perfect transaction in EVERY way!! Item shipped promptly and arrived exactly as described, in perfect condition… no doubt due to Sarah’s extremely thoughtful and thorough packaging!!! Oh, forgot to mention that when actual shipping costs exceeded the amount charged me (due I’m certain to the heavy cardboard Sarah used to protect the soft paper owners manual) she graciously absorbed the extra cost. Cannot recommend highly enough!!!!
