The customer didn't provide evidence of receiving the wrong item, only leaving negative feedback. I reached out and offered a refund while letting them keep the item, but they responded rudely and stopped communicating and as usual I sought eBay's help, but as they do most of the time with all SELLERS they dismissed my concerns automatically and sided with the buyer without consideration.
