while the product received does work OK, the seller is being deceptive about their location. They are not located in the US. They have drop-shipped this item to the US and have someone placing them in the mail in the US. This is clear from the address on the package, other documents in the package and the fact that there is a 12 hour delay in a response to questions. If you do have a problem, it will take forever to get it corrected.
